We operate a no recovery no fee service. If we can't recover at least some of your data, we don't charge.
If the drive is physically undamaged we will save your data back to the same drive.
If this is not possible we will save to CD ROM, DVD or Zip disk at no extra charge.
We can also save to USB or Firewire external drive supplied by you, or a brand new hard drive
which we can source or you can supply.

All we require is your hard drive or other corrupt media.
If you don't feel confident about removing the hard drive we can take care of it for you.

Re installation of the operating system is not normally included in the recovery service.
However if you can supply registered system disks or recovery CD's we will perform a system installation.
For this we will require the computer in our workshop.
An additional fee is charged, depending on the operating system.
A typical Microsoft Windows install is £35.00 including all available service packs.

This machine is not connected to our LAN or the internet.
